I was sitting here doing Maddie's hair and she was talking to me as she was my best friend. I was almost in tears thinking about how old she is in her mind and how amazingly smart she is. God they grow up so fast. I hope she always confides in me as I always did my mother. She knows we have an open book policy here and she can tell me anything really she can.
